Annemieke A. Martino, of Woodbury, Selected for Biology Honorary Society at St. Lawrence University

Annemieke A. Martino, of Woodbury, has been selected for membership in the St. Lawrence University chapter of Beta Beta Beta, the national biological honorary society. Martino, who is a member of the class of 2015 and a biology major at St. Lawrence, graduated from Newtown High School.

To be eligible for membership, a student must have an overall grade-point average (GPA) of at least 3.25, have completed four biology courses and have earned a 3.5 GPA in those courses. The biology major is one of the most popular programs at St. Lawrence.
