Essence Parker Selected for International Philosophers Honorary Society at St. Lawrence University

Essence J. Parker has been inducted into the St. Lawrence University chapter of Phi Sigma Tau, the international honorary society for philosophy.

Parker is a member of the Class of 2017 and is majoring in Economics. Parker attended Thomas R Proctor Senior High School.

Students must have completed three semesters at St. Lawrence, be in the top 35 percent of her or his class, and must have taken at least two courses in philosophy with a philosophy average of at least 3.5.
