Hannah Bakey Graduates from St. Lawrence University

Hannah F. Bakey of Wilmington was one of nearly 600 students who were awarded bachelor degrees from St. Lawrence University during Commencement ceremonies held on May 22 in Canton, New York.

Bakey is a member of the Class of 2016 and majored in english and anthropology. Bakey received the degree of bachelor of arts magna cum laude . Bakey graduated from Cab Calloway Sch of the Arts.

Three honorary degree recipients spoke during St. Lawrence University's Commencement, including Congresswoman from Massachusetts Katherine Clark '85, Cornell Professor of Biology Charles "Chip" Aquadro '75, and retired NHL General Manager William "Bill" Torrey '57.
